Car
From Glarus, head south on the A3 motorway towards Zürich. Take exit 32-Glarus Süd and follow the signs for Glarus Süd. Continue driving for about 10 minutes on local roads until you reach Zwerg-Bartli, located at 8784 Glarus Süd. There is a parking area available near the trailhead. Please note that parking may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation
From Glarus Bahnhof, take the S-Bahn train S25 towards Linthal. Get off at the station 'Glarus Süd'. From there, you can either walk (approximately 30 minutes) to Zwerg-Bartli or take a local bus (Line 420) that heads towards the Zwerg-Bartli stop. The bus ticket may cost around CHF 2-5 depending on the ticket type. Make sure to check the local timetable for the bus schedule to ensure you catch the right one.
Walking
If you are already in Glarus and prefer to walk, head towards the southern outskirts of the town. Follow the marked walking paths leading towards Zwerg-Bartli. It will take approximately 1 hour to reach the destination on foot. Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and carry water.
