Car

If you're driving, head towards Versam from Chur. Take the A13 highway and exit at 'Fürstenau'. Follow the signs towards Versam, and when you reach the village, look for signs directing you to Ruinaulta. The parking area is available near the main access point to the Rheinschlucht canyon.

Public Transportation

To reach Rheinschlucht by public transport, take a train from Chur to the nearest train station, which is Versam-Safien. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Versam-Safien station, exit the train and follow the signs for a short 15-minute walk downhill towards the canyon area. Look for the trail markers that will lead you to the viewpoint.

Bike

For biking enthusiasts, you can rent a bike in Chur and cycle to Versam. The ride is approximately 30 kilometers and will take you through beautiful landscapes. Once in Versam, follow the local signs to get to the Ruinaulta parking area. From there, the canyon is easily accessible by foot.
