Bus
From Grindelwald, walk to the Grindelwald Bahnhof (train station). There, take the PostBus line heading towards Brienz. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the 'Brienz, Post' stop. Once you arrive, you can either walk to Axalp or take a local taxi for the final stretch.

Start at Grindelwald Bahnhof and take a train towards Interlaken Ost. Ride the train for about 20 minutes. At Interlaken Ost, transfer to a PostBus heading to Brienz. The bus journey will take around 20 minutes. Get off at 'Brienz, Post' and then proceed to Axalp either by walking or taking a taxi.

If you are already in Brienz, you can walk to Axalp. From the 'Brienz, Post' stop, head northeast on the main road (Axalpstrasse) for about 5 kilometers. The walk will take approximately 1.5 hours, so ensure you have proper walking shoes and stay hydrated.
