Getting There

    From Grindelwald, walk to the Grindelwald train station located at Dorfstrasse 120. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the center of the village. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for the train to Lauterbrunnen. The train journey will take approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive at Lauterbrunnen station, exit the train and follow the signs for the cable car station which is nearby.

    At Lauterbrunnen, you will find the cable car station that takes you up to Jungfraujoch. Purchase your ticket for the Jungfraujoch excursion at the ticket counter. After securing your ticket, board the cable car, which will take you on a scenic ride toward the mountain. Make sure to enjoy the breathtaking views during the ascent.

  • Train (from Lauterbrunnen to Jungfraujoch)

    Once you reach the top of the cable car station, you will need to transfer to the cogwheel train that will take you to Jungfraujoch. Follow the signs to the train platform and board the train heading towards Jungfraujoch. The ride lasts about 35 minutes and offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
