  • Train

    From Grindelwald, walk to the Grindelwald train station, which is located in the center of the village. Board a train heading to Interlaken Ost. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Interlaken Ost, exit the train station and follow the signs for Interlaken West. The journey from Interlaken Ost to Interlaken West is about a 15-minute walk along Höheweg Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection at Höheweg and Untere Bönigstrasse. Turn left onto Untere Bönigstrasse, and then take your first right onto Schlossweg. Continue straight until you see the Monastery and Interlaken Castle at Schloss 1.

  • Bus

    From Grindelwald, head to the bus stop located near the Grindelwald train station. Take the bus number 21 towards Interlaken West. The bus ride will take about 40 minutes. Disembark at the Interlaken West bus stop. From there, walk towards the lake on Höheweg Street, then turn left onto Untere Bönigstrasse. After a short walk, take the first right onto Schlossweg and continue straight until you reach the Monastery and Interlaken Castle at Schloss 1.
