From Grindelwald, walk to the Grindelwald Bahnhof (train station) which is located in the center of the village. Once there, take the train to Interlaken Ost. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at Interlaken Ost, transfer to a bus heading to Oberhofen. You can catch the bus from the bus terminal adjacent to the train station. Make sure to check the bus schedule; the ride to Oberhofen takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Oberhofen Schloss' bus stop. From there, it’s just a short walk of about 5 minutes to Schloss Oberhofen.
Train
Begin your journey at Grindelwald Bahnhof. Board a train towards Interlaken Ost and enjoy the scenic ride for around 30 minutes. Upon reaching Interlaken Ost, switch to a train bound for Spiez. Get off at the Oberhofen station, which is the closest station to Schloss Oberhofen. From Oberhofen station, it will take you about 15-20 minutes to walk to Schloss 4, 3653 Oberhofen am Thunersee. Follow the signs towards the lake, and the castle will be visible as you approach.
Walking
If you're already in Oberhofen, take a leisurely stroll towards Schloss Oberhofen. Start at the nearest bus stop or train station and head towards the lake. Follow the path along the lakeside, and you will see the castle emerging in the distance. The walk is scenic and should take approximately 15 minutes, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings along the way.

Once in Interlaken, continue cycling towards Oberhofen, which is about 10 kilometers away. Follow the road signs directing you to Oberhofen am Thunersee.
