Walking
Start at Thun railway station (Bahnhof Thun). Exit the station and head south towards the main road (Aarestrasse). Cross the bridge over the Aare River. Once you are on the other side, continue straight onto Untere Hauptgasse. Follow this street for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Schulstrasse. Turn left onto Schulstrasse and continue walking for about 500 meters. Strättligenplatz will be on your right, near the Burgerarchiv.
Bus
From Thun railway station, walk to the nearby bus stop 'Bahnhof Thun'. Take bus number 21 towards 'Schwarzsee'. After 4 stops, get off at 'Schulstrasse'. From the bus stop, walk 200 meters back along Schulstrasse, and Strättligenplatz will be on your left, near the Burgerarchiv.
Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, start at the Thun railway station and head south towards Aarestrasse. Cross the bridge over the Aare River. After crossing, turn left onto Untere Hauptgasse and follow it for about 1 km. When you reach the intersection with Schulstrasse, turn left and continue for another 500 meters. Strättligenplatz will be located on your right, near the Burgerarchiv.
