Once you reach Interlaken, follow the signs for 'Zentrum' or 'Kammistrasse'. The tourism office is located at Kammistrasse 13, 3800 Interlaken. There is limited parking available nearby, and you may need to pay for parking depending on the duration of your stay.

    To reach Jungfrau Region Tourism by train, take a train to Interlaken Ost or Interlaken West stations from major Swiss cities like Zurich or Bern. Once you arrive at either station, it’s a short 10-15 minute walk to Kammistrasse 13. From Interlaken Ost, exit the station, head towards the main road, and follow the signs to 'Zentrum'. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the tourism office. If you arrive at Interlaken West, take a left out of the station and walk along the main road towards Kammistrasse.
