Car
If you're traveling by car, start from your location in Vaud and head towards Lausanne. Use the A1 motorway if you are coming from the north or the A9 if coming from the south. Once in Lausanne, follow signs for 'Centre' or 'Lausanne-Ville'. Upon reaching the city, look for directions to Place de Milan. The exact address is Place de Milan, 1007 Lausanne. There is limited parking available in the area, so plan accordingly. Expect to pay for parking in the nearby parking lots, usually around CHF 2 to CHF 4 per hour.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train to Lausanne from any central location in Vaud, such as Montreux or Yverdon-les-Bains. The train journey typically takes between 30 to 50 minutes, depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at Lausanne's main train station (Gare de Lausanne), exit the station and head to the metro station located underneath. Take metro line M2 (the green line) towards Ouchy. Get off at the 'Moulin' station. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Place de Milan. Follow the signs or use a mobile map app to navigate. The total cost for the train will vary but expect to pay around CHF 10 to CHF 15 for a one-way ticket.
