Start by locating the nearest metro station. If you're near the Lausanne train station (Gare de Lausanne), follow the signs to the M2 metro line (the blue line). Take the metro towards Ouchy. Stay on the train for about 6 stops until you reach the station called 'Lausanne-Flon'.

Upon exiting the metro at Lausanne-Flon, follow the signs for 'Place Pépinet.' Exit the station and head towards the main square area. Walk straight ahead and take the first left onto Rue de l'Academie. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Mercerie. Turn right onto Rue de la Mercerie, then follow it as it curves slightly left into Place Pépinet. The square should be visible ahead.

Alternatively, from Lausanne train station (Gare de Lausanne), you can take a bus. Look for the bus stop near the train station and take bus number 21. Ride for about 4 stops and get off at 'Pépinet.' From the bus stop, walk straight ahead for a minute, and you will arrive at Place Pépinet.
