Alternatively, you can take a bus from Locarno. Head to the main bus station located near the train station (Stazione FFS). Look for the bus route that goes to Cannobio. The journey takes about 40 minutes. After arriving at Cannobio, follow the signs towards the lakefront. The Castelli di Cannero are accessible by a short walk from the bus stop.
