If you are in the center of Lucerne, start at the main train station (Bahnhof Luzern). Exit the station and walk towards the lakefront (Luzernersee). As you face the lake, turn left and head along the promenade. Continue walking along the lake until you reach the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). Cross the bridge and continue straight on Weinmarkt street. Keep walking until you reach the junction with Pfistergasse. Turn right onto Pfistergasse. The Historisches Museum Luzern will be on your left-hand side at Pfistergasse 24.
