Getting There

• Walking

  If you are at the Lucerne Train Station (Bahnhof Luzern), exit the station and turn left onto Bahnhofquai. Walk along the lakeshore for about 5 minutes. You will pass the beautiful Lake Lucerne on your right and see the iconic Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge) ahead. Continue walking straight until you reach the large intersection at the end of the bridge. At the intersection, turn left onto Zentralstrasse. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will find Tourist Information Luzern on your right at Zentralstrasse 5.

• Public Transport

  From the Lucerne Train Station (Bahnhof Luzern), take Bus Line 1 or 2 from the bus stop located just outside the station. The ride takes about 5 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Zentralstrasse/Weidli'. Once you exit the bus, walk a short distance straight ahead, and you will see Tourist Information Luzern on your left at Zentralstrasse 5.

• Walking

  If you are at the Jesuit Church (Jesuitenkirche), head back towards the river and turn left onto the Reuss River. Walk along the riverbank until you reach the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the large intersection. Turn left on Zentralstrasse and walk about 300 meters. You will find Tourist Information Luzern on your right at Zentralstrasse 5.

• Walking

  If you are near the Rosengart Collection (Kunstmuseum), exit the museum and head towards the main street, which is called Pilatusstrasse. Turn right and walk until you reach the intersection with Zentralstrasse. Turn left onto Zentralstrasse and walk straight for about 500 meters until you find Tourist Information Luzern on your left at Zentralstrasse 5.
