Getting There

  • Train

    From Lugano, walk to the Lugano Train Station (Stazione di Lugano). Purchase a ticket to the nearest station to Angera, which is either Arona or Somma Lombardo. The train to Arona usually takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at Arona station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop located just outside the station.

    At the Arona bus stop, take the bus towards Angera. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. You will want to get off at the 'Angera' bus stop. From there, follow the signs that direct you to Rocca di Angera.
