    From the main bus station (Lugano Stazione), take bus number 2 towards 'Ponte Tresa'. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop called 'Tremezzo'. From the bus stop, walk towards the lake on Via Regina for about 10 minutes. Villa Carlotta will be on your right.

  • Ferry

    Head to the Lugano waterfront and take a ferry from the 'Lugano - Piazza Riforma' station. Board the ferry heading to 'Menaggio'. Enjoy the scenic ride which takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Menaggio, exit the ferry and walk to the bus stop. Take bus number 1 towards 'Tremezzo' and get off at 'Tremezzo'. Villa Carlotta is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop along Via Regina.

    Start at the Lugano train station. Take a train towards 'Como' and get off at 'Varenna-Esino' station (about 25 minutes). From Varenna, catch a ferry to 'Bellagio'. Upon reaching Bellagio, take the bus from the ferry terminal towards 'Tremezzo' and get off at 'Tremezzo'. From there, Villa Carlotta is just a 10-minute walk along Via Regina.
