Trains run frequently, about every 30 minutes, and the journey takes around 30 minutes. Follow the lakeside promenade towards the right until you reach Villa Olmo, which is approximately a 20-minute walk from the train station.

From there, follow the lakeside promenade along the shore of Lake Lugano until you reach the border of Italy. You will continue walking along the lakeside until you arrive at the city of Como. This walk will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and offers beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
