If you're starting from the Montreux train station, exit the station and head towards the lakeside promenade. Walk south along the promenade, enjoying the beautiful views of Lake Geneva. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach the statue located at Sent. de Chantemerle 1820. Continue past the Hotel des Trois Couronnes, and you'll see the statue of Sissi, Elisabeth d'Autriche in the park area.

From Montreux train station, take bus number 201 or 202 in the direction of Chillon. Get off at the stop 'Chantemerle', which is just a few minutes ride. After exiting the bus, walk up the Sent. de Chantemerle street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Statue de Sissi, Elisabeth d'Autriche located in a small park area.
