Walking
If you are starting from the Montreux train station, exit the station and head towards the lakeside promenade. Follow the signs for the 'Promenade Fleuri' along Lake Geneva. Walk along the promenade for about 15 minutes until you reach the end where you will find the entrance to the Escaliers de Montreux. The stairs are located near the 'Montreux Palace Hotel' and will lead you up to the beautiful views overlooking Montreux.

Public Transport
From the Montreux train station, take the local bus number 201 or 204 towards 'Chernex' or 'Blonay'. Get off at the stop 'Montreux, Grand Hotel' (approximately 5 minutes). After getting off, walk towards the lakeside and you will see the entrance to the Escaliers de Montreux near the hotel. Follow the signs leading towards the stairs.

If you are at the Montreux Casino, exit towards the lakeside and walk along the promenade in the direction of the Montreux Palace Hotel. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will reach the Escaliers de Montreux, which will be on your left side just after the hotel.
