Hiking
From the center of Mürren, head towards the Allmendhubel funicular station. Take the funicular up to Allmendhubel, which is a beautiful viewpoint. Once you arrive at Allmendhubel, follow the well-marked hiking trail towards Oeschinen Lake. The trail is approximately 3.5 kilometers (about 2.2 miles) and will take around 1 hour to hike. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys along the way. Keep an eye out for trail signs pointing to Oeschinen Lake, and follow them until you arrive at the lake.

Cable Car
From Mürren, make your way to the Schilthorn cable car station. Take the cable car down to Stechelberg. Once you arrive in Stechelberg, switch to the bus that travels to Kandersteg. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once in Kandersteg, follow the signs to Oeschinen Lake. You can either walk the scenic trail (about 1 hour hike) or take a second cable car from Kandersteg to Oeschinen Lake directly.
