A wonderful experience from start to finish. The cable car ride up to Pfingstegg offered breathtaking views over Grindelwald and the surrounding mountains, with every minute revealing another postcard-perfect scene. The journey itself was smooth and enjoyable, making it easy to sit back and admire the incredible alpine landscape. At the top, we enjoyed lunch on the restaurant terrace, surrounded by spectacular mountain views. The setting was simply stunning, with fresh mountain air and panoramic scenery creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed meal. The food was delicious, the service friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience felt wonderfully authentic. Pfingstegg offers the perfect combination of scenic adventure, peaceful surroundings and excellent dining. Whether you're visiting for the views, the walks, or simply a leisurely lunch, it's an experience not to be missed when in Grindelwald. Highly recommended.

The funicular is a nice way to make your way up the mountain. We purchased tickets in advance to ensure our spot, but it seems like they can be purchased in person on the day of as well.

Trip to the Canyon

A beautiful place in contact with nature, a bit pricey but in my opinion, it is worth it. Wear technical shoes because in some areas like tunnels or places where water flows, it can be slippery; not suitable for those who are afraid of heights (I recommend looking ahead or above, not below!) Otherwise, you might get stuck, and for those like me who have knee ligament issues, it is manageable going up with calm and patience, but you need to be careful on the way back. You can easily reach it by bus. There is a good restaurant and parking available. We went on Sunday around 11 AM, and fortunately, there were not many people around. I hope I have been helpful
