Train
From Thun main train station (Thun Bahnhof), take a direct train to Bern. Trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Bern Hauptbahnhof (Bern Main Station), follow the signs to the tram station located just outside the train station.
Tram
At Bern Hauptbahnhof, purchase a ticket for tram line 9 (direction Wankdorf). Board the tram and ride it for about 10 stops (approximately 20 minutes) until you reach the 'Tierpark' stop. After exiting the tram, walk straight for about 5 minutes along Tierparkweg, and you will arrive at the Dählhölzli Zoo located at Tierparkweg 1.

Alternatively, from Bern Hauptbahnhof, you can take bus line 10 (direction Gümligen). Get off at the 'Tierpark' stop after about 15 minutes. Once you disembark, it's a short walk of about 5 minutes to reach the Dählhölzli Zoo at Tierparkweg 1.
