Start from the Thun train station. Head southwest on Bahnhofplatz towards the main street (Ob. Hauptgasse). Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Aare River. From the park, follow the signs towards Grüsisbergwald. The last part involves a bit of an uphill walk; you will see signs indicating the path to Grüsisbergwald, which will lead you through the woods and to the viewpoint.
