Car
If you are driving, head towards Bellinzona. From the A2 motorway, take the exit towards Bellinzona South (Bellinzona Sud). Follow the signs to Monte Carasso. Once in Monte Carasso, look for signs directing you to the cable car station (Funivia Monte Carasso). Park your car near the cable car station. The cable car ride will take you up to the top, where you can start your hike towards Ponte Tibetano Carasc. Note that parking may incur a fee, typically around CHF 5-10 for a day.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train to Bellinzona from your starting point in Ticino. Once you arrive at Bellinzona train station, you can board a local bus (Bus line 1) that goes to Monte Carasso. Get off at the stop for the funicular (Funivia di Monte Carasso). From there, take the cable car to the top station. After exiting the cable car, follow the marked trail leading to Ponte Tibetano Carasc. The bus fare will be approximately CHF 3-5.

Once you arrive at the top station of the cable car, you will need to hike approximately 30-40 minutes to reach Ponte Tibetano Carasc. Follow the clearly marked trails that guide you to the bridge. The trail offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, making it a delightful hike.
