Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey by navigating to the city of Bellinzona, which is well connected by major roads. From Bellinzona, take the A2 motorway towards Lugano. After about 15 km, take the exit towards A13 in the direction of Biasca. Continue on A13 for approximately 12 km and take the exit 20 towards Personico. Follow the signs to Personico, which is about 5 km from the exit. You can park at designated areas in Personico before heading towards the waterfall.
Public Transportation
To reach Waterfall Personico using public transportation, start your journey at the Bellinzona train station. Take a train on the S10 line towards Biasca. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the Biasca station. From Biasca, transfer to bus line 411 towards Personico, which runs regularly. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Personico, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the waterfall, which is a short hike from the bus stop.
Hiking
If you are already in Personico, the waterfall is accessible via a short hike. From the main road in Personico, follow the trail signs that indicate the way to the waterfall. The hike is approximately 1 km and takes about 20-30 minutes. The path may be steep in some areas, so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for a bit of an incline. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way!
