Getting There

  • Car

    From Uri, take the A2 highway heading north. Continue on A2 and merge onto A1 towards Bern. Follow A1 for about 30 km. Take exit 32 towards Bern-Wabern/Schwarzenburg. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Schwarzenburg and merge onto the A12. Continue for about 3 km and take the exit for Schwarzenburg. Follow the signs towards Schwarzenburg city center. Once you reach Schwarzenburg, look for Schlossgasse 13 where Naturpark Gantrisch is located.

  • Public Transportation

    Start at Uri train station, take a train towards Bern. The train ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Bern, transfer to the S2 train towards Schwarzenburg. The S2 train will take about 30 minutes to reach Schwarzenburg. Upon arrival, exit the train station and walk towards Schlossgasse 13, which is around 10 minutes from the station. Make sure to check the train schedules on the SBB website for the latest timings.

  • Bus

    After reaching Schwarzenburg by train, you can also take a local bus (Bus line 10) from the Schwarzenburg train station to the Naturpark Gantrisch. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes.
