Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Uri and take the A2 highway towards Gotthard. After about 20 minutes, take the exit for Silenen. Follow the signs to Silenen, and once you reach the village, navigate to Buchholz 41. Seewlialp is located just outside the main area of Silenen, and you can park nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Seewlialp using public transportation, take a train from Uri to Silenen. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. From the Silenen train station, you can either walk (about 15-20 minutes) or take a local bus (check the local schedule for bus timings) towards Buchholz 41. The bus stop closest to Seewlialp is within a short walking distance.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from the Silenen train station, head southwest on Bahnhofstrasse. Continue straight until you reach the intersection, then turn left onto Buchholz. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will see Seewlialp on your left. The walk may take around 20-30 minutes.
