Car
If you are driving, head towards Zermatt via the A9 motorway. Take the exit for Visp and follow the signs for Zermatt. Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village, so you will need to park in the designated parking area in Täsch. Once parked, take the shuttle train from Täsch to Zermatt, which takes about 12 minutes. Upon arriving at Zermatt station, walk towards the town center, then head to Englischer Viertel street. The Römisch-katholisches church is located at Englischer Viertel 8, just a short walk from the station.
Public Transportation
To reach Zermatt by public transportation, take a train to Visp from your current location in Valais. From Visp, transfer to the regional train heading to Zermatt. The train journey takes approximately 1 hour and offers stunning views of the mountains. Once you arrive at Zermatt station, exit the station and walk towards the town center, then make your way to Englischer Viertel street. The Römisch-katholisches church is located at Englischer Viertel 8, a short walking distance from the station.
