From the Zermatt train station, exit onto Bahnhofstrasse. Walk along Bahnhofstrasse towards the east for about 300 meters. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Gornergrat Bahn, then turn left onto Gornergrat. Follow the signs towards Zermatt's main square. Once you reach the square, look for signs pointing towards Aosta; this will lead you to the bus station.
