Train
From Vevey train station, take a regional train heading to Montreux. The train frequency is approximately every 30 minutes. Ride for 10 minutes and get off at Montreux station. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the bus terminal located next to the train station.
Bus
At the Montreux bus terminal, take the bus number 201 towards 'Bex'. This bus will take you to the village of Gruyères. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Gruyères' stop.
Walking
From the Gruyères bus stop, walk up the hill towards the Château de Gruyères. The castle is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs for 'Château' as you ascend the path. You will see the castle in front of you as you approach.
