Train and Cable Car
From Wengen, start by heading to the Wengen train station. Purchase a ticket for the train that goes to Lauterbrunnen. The train ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Upon arriving at Lauterbrunnen station, exit the train and follow the signs to the cable car station 'Lauterbrunnen - Grütschalp'. Purchase a ticket for the cable car to Grütschalp, which will take you about 10 minutes. Once at Grütschalp, you will need to transfer to another cable car that will take you to the 'Mürren' station. After arriving at Mürren, follow the hiking signs towards Biglenalp, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from Mürren. Make sure to wear good hiking shoes, as the path can be rocky.

If you prefer to hike directly from Wengen, you can follow the well-marked hiking trails. Start by heading towards the trail that leads to the Männlichen cable car station. This hike takes about 1.5 hours and is moderately challenging. Once at Männlichen, continue on the hiking path towards Biglenalp, which will take an additional 1 hour. The total hiking time from Wengen to Biglenalp is around 2.5 hours. Bring plenty of water and snacks, as there are no facilities along the way.
