From Zurich Lake, head to Zurich Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station). You can take a tram or walk, as it is centrally located. Once at the Hauptbahnhof, take the S-Bahn line S10 towards Uetikon am See. The train journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Uetliberg station. From the station, follow the signposts towards Uetliberg Lookout Tower. It is a 30-minute hike uphill on well-marked paths. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes.

If you are driving, from Zurich Lake, take the A3 motorway towards Uetliberg. Exit at the 'Zürich - Uetliberg' exit and follow the signs for Uetliberg. There is a parking lot available at the Uetliberg station. From the parking lot, it is a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) to the Uetliberg Lookout Tower. Note that parking may incur a fee, so be prepared for that.
