Tram
If you are starting from Zurich Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take Tram Line 6 towards Zoo. Get off at the stop called 'Zoologisches Museum'. From the tram stop, walk south along the 'Zollikerstrasse' for about 5 minutes. The Botanical Garden will be on your left at Zollikerstrasse 107.
Bus
From the city center, you can take Bus Line 33 from the stop 'Paradeplatz' towards 'Zollikerberg'. Get off at the stop 'Zollikerstrasse'. From there, walk about 8 minutes north on Zollikerstrasse, and you will see the Botanical Garden on your right at number 107.
Walking
If you are close to the University of Zurich, you can walk to the Botanical Garden. Head east on Rämistrasse, then turn right onto 'Zollikerstrasse'. Continue straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find the Botanical Garden at Zollikerstrasse 107 on your left.
