From any point in Zurich West, locate the nearest tram stop. The closest major tram stop is 'Hardplatz'. Take Tram 4 towards 'Zürich, Bahnhofquai/HB'. Ride for just 2 stops and get off at 'Zürich, Rudolf-Brun-Brucke'. From there, walk north on Gertrudstrasse for about 400 meters. Holiday Window (mouse world) will be on your right at Gertrudstrasse 54.
