From the roundabout, take the exit onto Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road heading east. After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will see a sign for the water river area on your left. Follow the pathway that leads toward the river.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Oyster Bay. Head south on Haile Selassie Road and then take a left onto Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road. Cycle for about 10 minutes until you reach the Tanesco roundabout. Continue on Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road for another 5 minutes, and you will see a sign for water river on your left. Park your bicycle in the designated area and walk down the pathway towards the river.

    While in Oyster Bay, find a bus stop for a Dala Dala heading towards the city center. Board the Dala Dala and pay the fare (usually around 400 TZS). Get off at the Tanesco roundabout and switch to another Dala Dala that goes towards the Kilwa Road area. After approximately 15 minutes, get off when you see the sign for water river. Follow the pathway leading to the river.
