Start at the Oyster Bay area. Head south on Haile Selassie Road towards the intersection with Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the Tanesco roundabout. From the roundabout, take the exit onto Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road heading east. After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will see a sign for the water river area on your left.
