    If you are traveling by car, start from Moshi, the main town in the Kilimanjaro region. Take the A23 road heading towards Arusha. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will come to a junction where you need to turn left onto the B1 road towards Himo. Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the town of Himo. From Himo, follow the signs towards Gonja, which is approximately 15 kilometers away. The destination, Mk, is located in Gonja, and you can use GPS coordinates (-4.1666667, 38.1666667) to find it accurately.

  • Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, you can catch a dala-dala (minibus) from Moshi to Himo. Once in Himo, you will need to find another dala-dala heading towards Gonja. The fare from Moshi to Himo is around 1,500 TZS, and from Himo to Gonja, it will be approximately 2,000 TZS. Make sure to confirm with the driver that you are heading to Gonja. After you arrive in Gonja, you can either walk to Mk, which is a short distance away, or hire a local taxi if you prefer not to walk.
