After approximately 4 km, you will reach a fork in the road. Keep right and continue straight until you see a small path on your left leading into the forest. This path is not well-marked, so look for local signs or ask a resident for directions to Isabula Waterfall.

    Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Iyela. Start by cycling towards Tukuyu, following the main road. After about 4 km, when you reach the fork in the road, take the right path. Be cautious as the terrain might be uneven. Once you find the small path leading into the forest, lock your bike at the entrance and walk the remaining distance to the waterfall, which is about a 15-minute hike.

  • Motorcycle Taxi (Boda Boda)

    Hail a motorcycle taxi (Boda Boda) from anywhere in Iyela. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Isabula Waterfall. The ride should take approximately 15 minutes and costs around 5,000 to 10,000 TZS. The driver will take you to the closest point near the waterfall, but you will likely need to walk the last 500 meters through the forest path.
