Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Arusha, which is about 45 kilometers away from Nduruma Falls. Take the A23 road towards Moshi and follow the signs for Mkiringa. Once you reach Mkiringa, look for the sign that indicates Nduruma Falls. The last part of the journey involves a dirt road; ensure your vehicle is suitable for this terrain. Parking is available near the falls, but be mindful of local parking regulations. It is advisable to have a local guide or GPS for assistance in navigating the dirt roads.
Public Transportation
To reach Nduruma Falls using public transportation, start from Arusha by taking a daladala (minibus) heading towards Moshi. Get off at Mkiringa village. From there, you can either walk to the falls (approximately 3 kilometers) or hire a local boda boda (motorcycle taxi). If you choose to walk, follow the dirt path that leads to the falls. Be prepared for a bit of a hike, as the terrain can be uneven. The cost of the daladala is usually around 1,000 TZS, while a boda boda ride can cost between 2,000 to 5,000 TZS depending on your negotiation skills.
