Walking
If you're in Mwanza city center, start by heading towards the Mwanza Post Office located on Bismarck Street. From there, walk along the main road (Bismarck Street) heading south until you reach the junction with Nkrumah Street. Turn left onto Nkrumah Street and continue walking until you reach the junction with the Mwanza-Mbeya Road (A7). Cross over to the other side of the road and take a minibus (dala dala) heading towards Isangijo. Inform the conductor that you are going to Kassa Zoo. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at Isangijo and from there, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Kassa Zoo, which is located at F3F8+G5, Isangijo.

From central Mwanza, walk to the dala dala station near the Mwanza Post Office. Look for a dala dala that is heading to Isangijo. The fare is affordable, usually around TZS 1,000-2,000. Once you're on the dala dala, keep an eye out for the Isangijo stop. It should take about 30-40 minutes. When you arrive at Isangijo, disembark and ask locals for Kassa Zoo, which is a short walk from the main road.
