Start from Mwanza city center. Head southeast on Nyerere Road towards Uhuru Street for about 1 km until you reach the junction with Sokoine Road. Turn left onto Sokoine Road and continue for another 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Buzuruga Road. Turn right onto Buzuruga Road and bike for 2 km until you see a sign for Isamilo.
