Car
If you are traveling by car from Ngorongoro Conservation Area, take the road heading southeast towards Ndutu. Follow the signs for the Ngorongoro Crater and drive through the lush highlands. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at a fork; take the right fork towards Ndutu. Continue driving for about 15 kilometers until you see a sign for Ndutu Safari Lodge on your left. The lodge is located just off the main road, and you will have a clear view of its entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Ndutu Safari Lodge via public transportation, you can catch a bus or shared taxi (dala-dala) from Karatu or Ngorongoro Crater area. Look for buses heading towards Ndutu or Ngorongoro. The fare is usually around 10,000 TZS ($4) per person. Inform the driver of your destination, and he will drop you off at the nearest point to Ndutu Safari Lodge. From there, it is a short walk (about 1 km) to the lodge. Ensure to have some cash on hand for the fare.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from either Karatu or Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The taxi will take you directly to Ndutu Safari Lodge. The journey will take about 1 hour, and the fare can range from 60,000 TZS to 100,000 TZS ($25 to $40) depending on your starting point. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
