Car
If you are driving from Arusha, head west on the A104 road towards the town of Karatu. After approximately 120 kilometers, you will come to the entrance of Lake Manyara National Park. Once you enter the park, follow the signs towards the Treetop Walkway, which is about a 20-minute drive from the park entrance. Please note that there is an entrance fee for the park, which is around $20 USD per person.

To reach Lake Manyara Treetop Walkway via public transport, take a daladala (shared minibus) from Arusha to Karatu. The journey takes about 2-3 hours. Once in Karatu, you will need to hire a taxi or arrange for a private driver to take you the remaining 30 kilometers to the Lake Manyara National Park entrance. Upon entering the park, you can follow the signs to the Treetop Walkway. Be prepared for additional costs for the taxi, which can range from $30 to $50 USD depending on negotiation.
