Excellent coffee themed experience!
We had a wonderful Meru Paradise View tour with Humphrey! It was an excellent morning with our friendly guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a super fun personality. His photography skills were on point! We enjoyed stepping through the entire process of making coffee—from tree to cup. The surprise highlight for me was the amazing swing with an equally amazing view. Highly recommend!

Great views, beautiful water
It’s a bit of a drive to Lake Chala, but worth it. Lake Chala is beautiful, and has some good, easy hikes around it. We did a hike one way to the top of one part of a crater where you can step into Kenya and back into Tanzania, which was cool. The we did a hike below to the water table where you can admire the views, kayak, or swim. If I had more time and brought swimming gear, I would have swam probably. Overall, great, easy tour I would recommend if you had half a day.
