Parking is available near the lake.
Public Transportation (Matatu)

From Moshi, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) that heads to Taveta. The matatu stand is located near the Moshi bus terminal. After about 1.5 to 2 hours of travel, get off at the Taveta junction. From there, you can hire a local boda-boda (motorbike taxi) or a private taxi to take you the remaining 25 kilometers to Lake Jipe. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand.
