Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Stone Town, head east towards the waterfront. Walk along the beach road until you reach the Forodhani Gardens. Continue walking north along the coast until you reach the intersection with Kenyatta Road. Turn left onto Kenyatta Road and walk straight. You will pass various shops and local eateries. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs pointing towards Dole Soccer Field. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the Dole Soccer Field.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Stone Town. Start by cycling along the beach road towards the Forodhani Gardens. Once you reach the gardens, continue north along the coast. Keep cycling straight on Kenyatta Road when you reach the intersection. After around 1.5 kilometers, look for signs directing you to Dole Soccer Field. Follow the signs, and it will lead you directly to your destination.

• Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)

  Find a Boda Boda stand in Stone Town, which are commonly found throughout the town. Inform the driver that you want to go to Dole Soccer Field. The driver will take you along the main roads, likely traveling through the streets of Stone Town. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Be sure to agree on a fare before starting your journey.
