Getting There

Walking
If you are in the heart of Stone Town, start at the Forodhani Gardens, which is a popular landmark. From the gardens, head east towards the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe). Once you reach the Old Fort, continue walking along the seafront road until you reach the intersection with Shangani Street. Turn left onto Shangani Street, and continue walking straight. Popo Tours and Safaris will be on your right-hand side. Look for a small sign that reads 'Popo Tours and Safaris' at the entrance.

If you are near the House of Wonders (Beit-el-Ajaib), exit the building and head towards the beach. Walk along the beach road until you reach the Old Fort. From there, follow the previous directions: walk along the seafront road and turn left onto Shangani Street. Popo Tours and Safaris will be located on your right as you walk down Shangani Street.

For those coming from the Darajani Market, exit the market and head towards the main road (Mzungu Street). Walk straight until you reach the seafront and then turn right. Walk along the beach road until you see the Old Fort. Follow the previous instructions from the Old Fort to Shangani Street to reach Popo Tours and Safaris.
