Car
If you're traveling by car from any location in the Western Zone, head towards the city of Dar es Salaam, which is the nearest major city to Bongoyo Island. Use the A7 road, which is the main highway connecting various regions. Once you reach the city center, follow signs towards the ferry terminal located at the Slipway or the city center ferry terminal. Ensure to check for parking options nearby as you may need to leave your car.
Public Transportation (Bus/Taxi)
You can take a bus or taxi from your location in the Western Zone to Dar es Salaam. If you opt for a bus, head to the main bus station where you can find buses heading to Dar es Salaam.
