If you are driving to Kae Beach, start from Stone Town, the capital of Zanzibar. Head northeast on Mizingani Road towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Nyerere Road and continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the B2 road. Turn left onto B2 and continue for around 15 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Kae Beach, which is located off the main road. Follow local road signs until you arrive at Kae Beach, located at VF7V+Q33, Zanzibar.

To reach Kae Beach using public transportation, head to the Darajani bus terminal in Stone Town. Look for a 'Dala Dala' (local minibus) heading towards Paje or Jambiani. The fare should be around 1,500 TZS. Once you board, inform the driver you are going to Kae Beach. The trip will take approximately 40 minutes. Alight at the Kae Beach stop, which is marked by local signs. From there, it is a short walk to the beach area.
