Car
If you are driving from Stone Town, take the Mtemani Road towards the southeast. Follow the signs for Paje. The journey will take about 1 hour. Once you reach Paje, look for signs directing you to Paje Beach, which is easily accessible from the main road. You can park your car near the beach area.
Public Transportation
To reach Paje Beach using public transport, head to the Darajani Bus Station in Stone Town. Look for a 'Dalla Dalla' (shared minibus) heading to Paje. The ride will take approximately 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Paje Beach. Once you arrive, you will likely be dropped off near the beach area, and from there, it's a short walk to the beach.
