If you are traveling by car from Chattanooga Valley, start by heading west on TN-58 N. Follow it until you reach the intersection with I-75 S. Merge onto I-75 S and continue for about 10 miles. Take exit 1B for I-24 W towards Nashville. Continue on I-24 W for about 3 miles and take exit 1A for US-27 S. Merge onto US-27 S and follow the signs for downtown Chattanooga. Take the exit for Martin Luther King Blvd, then turn right onto E 4th St. Finally, turn left onto Bluff View Ave. The Hunter Museum of American Art will be on your left at 10 Bluff View Ave. Note that parking is available nearby, but it may incur a fee depending on the lot.
