If you are driving from Ruby Falls, start by getting on US-41 N from Ruby Falls Rd. Follow US-41 N for about 2 miles. Merge onto I-24 W towards Chattanooga. After approximately 5 miles, take exit 178 for US-27 N towards Knoxville. Continue on US-27 N for about 3 miles and take the exit for Broad St/US-11 N. Merge onto Broad St and continue for about 0.5 miles. Finally, turn right onto Bluff View Ave. Williams Stairway will be on your right at 10 Bluff View Ave.
Public Transportation
If you are taking public transport, you will first need to get to the nearest bus station. From Ruby Falls, walk to the nearest bus stop on US-41 N and catch the Hamilton County Public Transportation bus towards Chattanooga. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Broad St/MLK Blvd' stop. From there, walk about 0.5 miles along Broad St towards Bluff View Ave. Turn right onto Bluff View Ave, and Williams Stairway will be on your right at 10 Bluff View Ave.
